Overall conditions

All prices is dk/kr.

There is a 50% non refundable deposit at booking

Minimum rental time is 30 days.

Internet is included when renting accommodation, but the connection is shared with the other residents and might not be fast all the time

Washingmashines and dryer is included in accommodation

Please notice that all elektricity in Kangerlussuaq is 220 volt and 60HZ

Accommodation

We got 8 rooms, each is 16 M2, one bed and a sofa bed, so there can be 1-3 people in a room. There will also be smart TV on all rooms, and internet is included.

1 room with 1 person is 500,- pr night

Extra person is 200,- pr night

All year rent (12 month) 5000.- pr month

Alle year rent, extra person is 2000,- pr month

Unheated workspace

We have 4 unheated workspace areas, each around 36 M2. Looks a little rough now, but will be painted in spring.

There is a few power outlet in the rooms.

Is ok for "dirty" work, but not wet work that requires drain.

Rent pr day is 400,-

all year rent (12 month) is 5000,- pr month

Other facilities

Work/officespace

We have 4 heated work/office rooms, each 16 M2. Are without furniture, but we can provide that, or you can bring your own.

The rooms are for "clean" work only.

Storage rooms

We have some storage rooms where you can have your gear from season to season. They are unheated, but indoor. The big ones with power outlet and light.

Big storage with power outlet, 36 M2, 2500,- pr month

Future facilities

We plan to build conference room for 20 person, walkin freezer for plants and other samples, shared livingroom, laboratory and storage for snowmobiles/ATV.
