Overall conditions

All prices is dk/kr.

There is a 50% non refundable deposit at booking

Minimum rental time is 30 days.

Internet is included when renting accommodation, but the connection is shared with the other residents and might not be fast all the time

Washingmashines and dryer is included in accommodation

Please notice that all elektricity in Kangerlussuaq is 220 volt and 60HZ

Accommodation

We got 8 rooms, each is 16 M2, one bed and a sofa bed, so there can be 1-3 people in a room. There is smart TV on all rooms, and internet is included.

Prices for 2027 will be:

1 room with 1 person is 750,- pr night (minimum 1 month)

At shorter stay the price is 1300,- a night

Extra person is 200,- pr night

Other facilities

Work/officespace

We have 4 heated work/office rooms, each 16 M2. Are without furniture, but we can provide that, or you can bring your own.

The rooms are for "clean" work only.

Rent pr day is 400,-

Storage rooms

We have some storage rooms where you can have your gear from season to season. They are unheated, but indoor. The big ones with power outlet and light.

Looks rough now, but will be painted in spring.

Small storage with no elektricity, 18 M2, 1000,- pr month

Big storage with power outlet, 36 M2, 2500,- pr month

We also have storage rooms for ATV and snowmobiles, and we rent out shipping containers, ask for possibility.
